Here's a mockup of the carpet after I had it custom made. Was super important to me that the carpet was authentic. I love the royal blue because it popped out the pink of the costume, and Daniel Musto made sure that the fringy tassels were just right. This is called an illusion costume, so it's really important to get the upper portion just right so that their legs kind of disappeared behind the costume. You can actually Google this costume online and find really easy ways to make it yourself at home.
Here I am at rehearsals testing out our flying apparatus, which has never before been done on our set! It was crazy getting lifted up so high, I think all of us were definitely a bit nervous. Insane that only two cables are holding your entire body above flat ground, and scarier since I can't see my feet
And finally, one of the first finished pieces to my Jeannie costume. Hand sewn and crafted by Ang, of Divine Dynamics on instagram. She did such a great job of following exactly my wishes, including a lot of the bells and whistles that made the costume glimmer onset. I'm such a huge fan of her work!
