I'm very attracted to color. The shades of the rainbow can convey such distinct messages and it would be a shame not to take advantage of this through what we wear.
This is what I call Wearapy: a term I use to describe the therapeutic qualities behind fashion, and how you can use style to manipulate your mood from “the outside in.”
This outfit was made up of blues and greys, the colors of tranquility. I don’t typically consider myself a tranquil person, but I do think it’s important to sit back and relax for yourself and ease your mind of any stress or distractions you might be having, even if it’s just for a few minutes a day. There’s some serious wearapy in the soothing colors of heather greys and blues. The silk top and slacks were slimming and effortless. What else could I want? Definitely great kickback wear after a day on your feet. Grab a glass of vino and you're good to chill.
Outfit deets here for ya:
What other wearapy advice do you want to see? I'm no therapist but I'm a pretty darn good WEARAPIST!
