I almost broke out in The Little Mermaid song.... Who would have thought emerald green and a deep royal blue would go good together on anything other than Ariel or a peacock! For a classic, color blocking confident look check out #MaiTips below.
- If you are unsure of what color palate to go with, stick with either warm tones (yellow peachy golden undertones) or cool tones (pink, red, or bluish). If you decide to be bold and mix them, make sure both colors compliment each other.
- Pick a piece that will flatter and accentuate what you got. MAI mama gave me a petite frame with some currrves. So rock what you got! I love that this skirt has buttons vertically going down, drawing the eye from top to bottom which elongates my legs.
- Go nude! Adding a nude heal doesn't only compliment any of the colors you 'block' together, it also created the illusion that you are taller than you actually are. Bet you thought I was about 6 feet here huh? ;)
